Literature Text

Loki took a deep breath through his nose and wiped his sweaty palms on his pants. You had left him sitting against the wall opposite the side of the door as you arranged what you called an obstacle course.  His eyes followed you around the room as you slid one torture device after another into the center of the room. Every couple of minutes you would stand back and look over your creation for any type of flaw. At last you deemed it ready and with a sadistic grin placed on your face you sashayed back to where Loki sat. You cocked your and your smile turned into a semi-pout before sat cross legged in front of him.

“Do you know why you’re here? And I mean why they want me to train you?”

Loki shook his head no as he clenched and unclenched his fists. The sadistic smile was back on your face as you moved to sit next to him. You placed your chin on his left shoulder and for a second Loki thought you weren’t going to say anything.

“It’s because I have a way of harming my students.” You whispered with you chin still on his shoulder. Without warning you jumped up and yanked him along with you. You grabbed his wrist and pretty much dragged him to beginning of the course.

“3…2…1…go!” You announced right before you pushed Loki forward to give him a jumpstart. Your eyes never left him as he struggled his way through your course. You probably should’ve explained how it worked but it would take the fun out and he did need to learn that he was as great and powerful as he thought he was. When he finally made it to the end you were there waiting for him with a large bright smile.

“That was the easiest course I have…” Your smile immediately dropped from your face as you continued, “And you failed it.”

You shook your head I disappointment at him as he once again glared at you. With an almost inaudible sigh you quickly turned on your heel and retrieved a chair for him. His now mortal body apparently couldn’t handle getting hit with bags of sand, climbing over barbed wire or even jumping from tire to tire. You placed the chair behind him and motioned for him to sit as you glanced down at your stop watch.

“I told you to sit.”

Still he continued to stand, well he did until your forcefully shoved him backwards until he hit the chair and went tumbling backwards. With a roll of your eyes you kneeled next to him and curled your fingers in his shirt. With a sharp tug his face was brought to yours.

“Listen you can sit in the chair or on the floor I don’t care which, but you will sit. You need to know right now that you are a pathetic mortal just like the rest of us, even more so given your old status. Now you need to listen very carefully, okay. You are nothing without your powers and if you ever want to get away from me you have to either die or complete your training.” You dropped his shirt and his head hit the floor with a loud thump.  You got back to your feet and took a second to look down on him before you placed your high-heel clad foot above his neck.

“Now do you want to die? Or would you rather take this course and learn to be a regular human man, well a regular S.H.E.I.L.D agent/prisoner. They’re not going to let you out of this ship.” You stated calmly as you removed your foot. You motioned for him to get up and waited until he was his full height before you gestured to the chair. You could hear the frustrated huff that came out his nose but you didn’t do a thing about it because he followed through your orders.

“Now would you like to see how it is done?” Your grin came back after he nodded. You absolutely loved to show off.

Boom. Done, I am loving writing the series so far.
